Designed with your unique needs in mind, our comprehensive training and development program will prepare you with the skills you’ll need to join our elite force of dedicated professionals who contribute daily to providing better healthcare and building healthier communities.
We look for ambitious individuals with 0-4 years of experience, an Associate’s Degree, preferably in Biomedical/Engineering and a willingness to relocate.
Throughout the program, you should plan on heavy travel to/from our Illinois Headquarters for a combination of on-site product training and field mentoring. You’ll learn to maintain, troubleshoot and repair medical equipment while focusing on customer satisfaction and retention — the Sysmex Way. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be ready to assume the role of Service Engineer.
